Our scope of services includes:

• Plan-spec, design-assist, or design-build project delivery. We maintain excellent relationships with the consultant community and have a proven track record of adding value to your team, whether we act as the sole mechanical engineer of record or collaborate with outside consultants.
• In-house design and engineering services. We employ a team of over 25 in-house design and professional engineers with deep experience in LEED certification, energy modeling and optimization, life cycle cost analysis, sound and acoustical applications, and critical temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality environments. Our plumbing design capabilities extend to high purity RO/DI systems, and the full suite of laboratory gases common to R and D and educational institution applications.
• In-house sheet metal and piping fabrication. Our state-of-the art facility in San Jose, CA is comprised of over 100,000 SF of production and warehouse facilities.
