United Mechanical completed the demolition to the base building main supply risers totaling 55,440 SQFT. For construction, a full rezone and redistribution of ductwork using cooling only VAV boxes for interior loads and heating hot water piping and VAV boxes for exterior and conference room loads. The base building also has perimeter induction units to help account for solar loads which were accounted for in the design engineering.

ARUP provided the Basis of Design which we used to provide the needs of the tenant. The VAV boxes are controlled by the base building ALC control system provided by our subcontractor, Sunbelt.
