United Mechanical was brought on board as an integral part of the design-build delivery team.  The HVAC system included MetalAire Fan Powered terminal units, Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRF) systems in the IDF rooms, IT closets and fitness area.  Each floor consisted of an exposed duct and piping distribution system.  Additionally, United Mechanical installed the plumbing system including core restrooms and associated piping. Total square footage of this project was 116,753.
