United Mechanical was selected as the mechanical partner to complete the TI in three separate buildings.

Building 1900: Complete Tenant Improvement renovation for a four story existing building. The project included a full replacement of the existing core and shell equipment along with the build out of 501,080 gross square feet of new office space, conference room space, and a new Customer Experience Center. The core and shell replacement included new rooftop large packaged AC units, one Makeup Air Unit, Chiller Plant, and Boiler Plant.

Building 1600: Complete Tenant Improvement renovation for a five story existing building. The project included a full replacement of the existing core and shell equipment along with the build out of 219,120 gross square feet of new office space, conference room space and a new 28,020 gross square foot kitchen, dining, and back of house. The core and shell replacement included two new custom rooftop AC units, one Makeup Air Unit and a Boiler Plant.

Building 1300: Tenant Improvement consisting of tenant build-out of a new 28,600 gross square foot kitchen, dining, and back of house.
