United Mechanical plumbing team is proud to be part of designing and building the tenant improvement for buildings 7 and 8 in the Google Midpoint Corporate Campus. Each building consisted of 3 floors for a total of 376,000 square feet of design/build scope.

Each building was taken down to the base building structure to create a space designed and desired by the Google team. Building 7 includes a small café, coffee bar, refreshed core restrooms, new gender-neutral restrooms, and a gym/wellness center. Building 8 hosts a large café on the first floor with refreshed core restrooms, new gender-neutral restrooms, and new office spaces. Both cafes required new sanitary sewer, grease waste, and dedicated domestic water services to be installed.
