United Mechanical was selected to complete the HVAC system that consists of a McQuay rooftop packaged unit, along with a fully fabricated boiler skid produced by United Mechanical, Titus air terminal units, and Mitsubishi split system units for the IDF and MDF rooms. The entire building consists of exposed duct and piping distribution. The total project square footage was 74,648 SQFT.
